On December 31, 2011 President Obama signed the 2012 act into law.

One of the provisions of the NDAA allows the government to detain any American citizen indefinitely without trial.

To put it bluntly, if the government suspects you of commiting a “belligerent act” against the U.S. or its coalition allies in aid of enemy forces it can detain you indefinitely without trial. Literally, an American could be sent to Guantanamo Bay and held indefinitely without trial.

This law is in defiance of our Constitutional principals and our Bill of Rights.

This coincides with the relatively unknown new deployment of thousands of drones now deployed to fly over U.S. cities and the construction of Fusion Detention centers. See: http://youtu.be/Qg1TAAqrqMo

These two extreme violations of American liberty are preceding the anticipated war with Iran and will make it legal for the government to lock-up vocal activists indefinitely without trial if the government suspects them to be in collusion with terrorists.

Our Constitution, the Bill of Rights and Presidential Ron Paul do not support this law.
Mitt Romney fully supports the indefinite detention of US citizens without trial.

This erosion of civil liberties will accelerate our society into a totalitarian police state where social control through force is the norm.

It is essential that we work diligently to ensure Mitt Romney does not get into the White House.
