After watching the recent storm on Hatteras Island, I must agree with Dane Wigington of GeoEngineeringWatch.org. The climate engineering that fake or mislead environmentalists (and population at large) refuse to acknowledge is starting to create major problems for this small village.
They will blame these issues of flooding and climate change on human population growth and poor property development, however, the constant barrage of aerosol spraying and HAARP generated weather control is arguably the real reason for these destructive storms.
Not convinced? Please pay attention to the regular content delivered by Dane Wigington and The HAARP Report. All of us, not just the Outer Banks, is experiencing this all-out assault by psychopathic individuals who run the world.

Climate Engineering Pilot Disclosure?
Are pilots starting to speak out? At some point it has to happen. There are two messages in the attached link that are asserted to be from a pilot that is flying aerosol operations. Are they authentic? Though there is no way to know for certain, they are a very compelling read.
CHEMTRAILS, NANOALUMINUM AND NEURODEGENERATIVE AND NEURODEVELOPMENTAL EFFECTS
Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose).

This individual made clear the fact that many of the citizens were absolutely convinced this destruction was the result of climate modification/weather warfare.
Geoengineering: Governance and Technology Policy
The term “geoengineering” describes an array of technologies that aim, through large-scale and deliberate modifications of the Earth’s energy balance, to reduce temperatures and counteract anthropogenic climate change.
