The Dare County Dept. of Health & Human Service teamed up with the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce to “recognize” businesses, enabling them to coerce and extort employees to uninformed consent.
OPEN FOR BUSINESS: Whether you are a business owner or a customer you NEED to be equipped and empowered to know your rights! from Peggy Hall, The Healthy American
This is so DUMB! I will never force my employees to take an injection of any kind. Their health is their business, not mine. I am extremely disappointed in Dare County and the Chamber.
Talk about a slap in the face to all of the businesses that have ALWAYS put the health, well-being and privacy of their employees and customers first! SO SAD that yet again Dare County is trying to divide us rather than bring our community together.
They should have left this alone… In America it is up to the individual to make their own health choices and business owners should not be involved. Even if we have 100% vaccinated employees in my businesses I would never hang this banner in my stores!
Our county commissioners should get to the bottom of this and put a STOP to the devision! No county funds should be used to disenfranchise businesses and their employees over personal health choices.
As a former board of director on the OBX Chamber board I know that the chamber once stood for pro business and opportunity for anyone trying to do business… Hopefully this divisive campaign was an over site and will be STOPPED immediately! ~Philip Foreman

Mandatory Mask Rights Flyer For Individuals and Businesses by KrisAnne Hall, JD
I will attempt to avoid any business that chooses to display this type of marketing gimmick. This is a better indication of the business’s disrespect for our basic civil rights and humanity.
